Welcome to the Intentional Prayer Network.

Mission:  The mission of the Intentional Prayer Network is twofold:

1. To have five other people pray for you every day

2. To pray for those same five people every day

Commitment:  The Order of Mary, which supervises the Intentional Prayer Network, asks you to make a one-month commitment to pray for five other people every day during your daily devotionals.  Those same five people will be praying for you every day during their daily devotionals.

Adding these five people to your daily devotionals will add about one minute each day to your devotionals.  The process is to do your own daily devotionals, and to work through the suggested seven steps for yourself.  At the end of the seventh step, just before you say Amen and terminate your communion with the Divine, add a statement something like this:

"I ask you (name of the Divine you normally use) to bless the following people and help them attain the goals stated in their intention."  Then read the names and intentions from your list.  Your list will look something like this:

1. Maria J wants to heal from ovarian cancer

2. James M asks for a 20% increase in his income

3. Jennifer R desires to lose weight until she weighs 150 pounds

4. Suzanne S is looking for a spiritual man who will love her

5. John and Judith D want to improve their marriage relationship
